FAQ's

What can I talk about in therapy?

Anything that feels important, confusing, painful, or heavy. You don’t need to arrive with a clear story or a neat explanation — we can explore things at your pace, starting wherever you are.

What if I don’t know where to begin?

That’s completely okay. Many people feel unsure at first. I’ll help you settle in, and we can start with whatever feels most manageable — even if that’s simply talking about how you’re feeling right now.

What if I get emotional in sessions?

It’s absolutely okay to feel emotional. Therapy is a space where feelings can be expressed safely and without judgement. We’ll move gently and at a pace that feels right for you.

Do you work with anxiety, trauma, burnout, or neurodivergence?

Yes. These are areas I work with often. You’re welcome to explore the dedicated pages on my site if you’d like to understand more about how I support each of these experiences.

How long will therapy take?

There’s no set timeline. Some people come for a few months, others for longer. We’ll check in regularly so you can feel confident that the work is supporting you in the way you need.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I offer sessions online as well as in person in Greenwich. Online therapy can be a calm and accessible option if travelling feels difficult or if you prefer the comfort of your own space.

What if I’ve had therapy before and it didn’t help?

That’s more common than you might think. Every therapeutic relationship is different. We’ll take time to understand what didn’t work for you previously and make sure this space feels safer, steadier, and more attuned to your needs.

What if I’m worried about being judged?

It’s natural to feel that way. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can bring your full self — without pressure, expectation, or judgement.
